About

Boyan Blazhev is a painter from Sofia (Bulgaria). He holds a Ph.D. in the field of Pedagogy of Fine Arts from Plovdiv University “Paisii Hilendarski”, Plovdiv (Bulgaria) with a specialization in Pedagogy of Fine Arts from Charles University in Prague, Czech Republic (2016). He graduated with a master’s degree in Fine Arts from the National Academy of Fine Arts, Sofia, Bulgaria and he is a member of the Union of Bulgarian artists. Participated in many exhibitions at national and international levels. Participated as an expert in the international Erasmus project for mobile digitalization (Mobidig). Attendance at the international collective digital exhibition "The Bridge", Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (2020). He has seven personal exhibitions, including "The View" in the gallery "The Mission" with the support of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Bulgaria. The latest project he took part in was the national outdoor painting event - "Painted sensations" in Svilengrad, Bulgaria (2021). Works in the field of fine arts. In his paintings, he uses a mix of digital technologies and traditional techniques.
